"I just wanted to let you know how friendly, accommodating, and convenient your business is! Last Friday, I had an "emergency" request from my sister in law for baby pictures of her husband to make a collage for her baby shower. The pictures were few and far between but I did remember that there were some slides at my dad's. My next quandary was how to get them scanned to a jpeg ASAP. I actually dropped the slides off at another area shop thinking it was my only choice but they were not very friendly, and couldn't do the scanning until much later in the week. I left that shop thinking..."well this is the way it has to be" but then your store name popped into my head. Needless to say that I was pleasantly surprised when a very friendly fellow answered the phone and told me he could help me right away. He had scanned the slides and had them ready for me the next day at noon. What terrific service! I got what I needed in such a friendly professional manner. It's rare in this day and age for businesses to be so accommodating but I just wanted to let you folks know that you are certainly are not the norm for businesses....you guys are great!
