Meet Our Crew

Oscar "Oskie" Baldwin
Chief Marketing Officer
oskie@videocreations.tv
Oscar the Cockapoo (cocker/poodle mix) is the Chief Marketing Officer of Video Creations. In that capacity, he lures people to stop in to say hello, allowing the humans to pitch their services. He has his own commission report and an incentive-based compensation plan paid in the form of munchkins from Dunkin Donuts. Oskie's acting career started at 5 months when he re-interpreted the role of Don Corleone's cat in The Godfather. Since then, he has appeared in every movie short his master has produced.

L. Blake Baldwin
President
blake@videocreations.tv
Blake founded Video Creations in 2005 after finding early retirement to be somewhat less than he had expected. An attorney and banker, he had a distinguished career at SVB Financial Group in California before moving to Kennebunk in 2001. Blake has been a videographer for almost twenty years, and some of his fondest memories are of watching his uncle Peter Baldwin direct episodes of landmark television shows like "The Andy Griffith Show," "The Bob Newhart Show," and "The Wonder Years." Just like Hewlett Packard, Blake started his first video business in his garage in Palo Alto. However, that garage has yet to be registered as a National Historical Landmark like that "other" garage. Blake thanks Jim Plamondon of Aube-Plamondon Electrical Company for introducing him to Lee Cote.

Michelle Cote

michelle@videocreations.tv
Michelle knew she was destined to become a graphic designer as early as 6 years old, when she would design and illustrate her own books on dot matrix paper with her father's expo markers in his office. She graduated from Salve Regina University with a double major in Graphic Design and Communications Media Technology. Since graduation, she has served as the Art Director for the Journal Tribune Newspaper. She received five awards from the Maine Press Association for her work in graphic design and advertising layout in 2007. For Video Creations, Michelle designs logos, advertisements, brochures, DVD labels, and promotional print and web material for clientele ranging from Miss Maine to Portland Ballet to The Colony Hotel.

Mary Tibbetts
Videographer, Editor
mary@videocreations.tv
Mary is a recent graduate of St. Joseph's College of Maine with degrees in both Multimedia Communication and Theology. Mary's love for storytelling began at the tender age of four when she taught herself to read, and since then she has dabbled in many forms of narrative presentation. To make a long story short, the end result of her endless hours spent writing, reading, and watching all sorts of tales, is her current love of (obsession with) film. When she is not in front of a computer, you can find her with her nose buried in a book or enjoying the occasional frolic outdoors.

Denise Dupuis
Presentation Services Manager
denise@videocreations.tv
Denise Dupuis has enjoyed making people smile and preserving memories her whole life.
Ever since her parents bought her her first camera in the fifth grade, she's had a passion for photography and visual arts. This led to earning her degree in professional photography from Endicott College in 1994. Upon graduating, Denise immediately started working at a local photo lab and camera shop. There, she quickly worked her way from film processor and camera sales person to lab manager. She then she became an accomplished giclee printer and manager of a small art gallery. Eventually, Denise's side-business of taking on-location portraits and wedding photography turned into a full-fledged, part-time job. In 2003, she opened her own photography studio based out of her Lyman home. Though quite busy with her photography business, her daughter Katie and her husband Tom, Denise finds time for community service and long walks with her dog Roger. She works at Video Creations doing the very thing she's always loved - making people smile and preserving memories!
